My daughter was adopted from a Chinese orphanage 12 years ago. Identified as a healthy infant, she has had multiple physical and learning issues and recently was diagnosed with epilepsy. She is a funny, creative, wonderful kid with lots of challenges who won't give up in spite of constant educational and medical issues. She has issues with sensory integration due to being strapped down in the orphanage for more than a year in the dark and her seizures are made worse by the over-stimulation at school - we've found a school that is ideal for her needs 1/2 day, but do not have funds to send her there. My husband died and I became disabled myself 5 years ago. Savings has gone to cover medical bills and living expenses for both of us. I'm a bit at the end of my rope and not usually someone that reaches out for help, but we really need it now. Your thoughts, ideas, assitance would rellay help.
